Last year I happened upon your garage and have been pleased with the service and the customer service you conduct. I found you just in time for all the things that suddenly are going wrong with our can and van, as well as general maintenance. It has been a win-win situation - I'm confident in the job your guys do in a timely manner and you have won a returning customer. I have also recommended your shop to several of my friends.

I would like to ask a favor. My wife participated in the 2008 Breast Cancer 3-day Walk in San Diego. She raised $2,200 in order to walk. The event was a life changing experience for our family and my wife will be walking in the same event November 20-22, 2009. This year is proving to be extremely difficult in raising the funds needed for her to actually participate in the event. So my favor is if she could display a container asking for donations from your patrons? Should you want to be a sponsor for her, donating at least $1,000, she will put your company logo on her shirt. All donations are tax deductible.

I was referred to Quality 1 Auto Service by a family member that has used them in many occasions, after taking my car there for a second opinion, I was happy with the information and diagnostic they gave me on my car. There they gave me my second opinion and because I felt they were honest and sincere I decided to go ahead and have my car repaired through them. Other items, it takes me a long time to charge up a lot of mileage on my auto generally speaking, but so far since the last repair work. The little driving that I have done has brought to my experience "smoother auto engine" sound, much, much less engine vibration, and really noticeably, I seem to be getting very improved gas mileage -- and I don't thinks I'm dreaming because the math is there to prove it inasmuch as I'm also a stickler for recording the mileage from gallonage that I chalk up. Thanks/Gracias, we're definitely in tune with one another.

Scott at Quality 1 has been caring for my '91 Toyota Previa (328,000 miles), my '97 Previa (92,000 miles), my '85 Honda CRX (353,000 miles) and my '97 Nissan pickup (122,000 miles) since 1999. In probably two dozen visits, there was only one time when he couldn't find and fix an intermittent problem, and he didn't run up a huge bill playing guessing games. Quality 1 is Number one! My experience from the time I called to make an appointment to the next evening when my car was ready as promised was one of excellence in service! Quality 1 arranged for a $10 per day rental car and I was on my way within 10 minutes. My car drives like it is brand new and was washed and looks new too! The facility is clean and comfortable with the new waiting area. And as always Scott and Jim are professional, honest and knowledgeable. Today I received a follow-up letter thanking me and checking on the service and bonus raffle tickets for a luxury cruise drawing in December! This does not happen at the Lexus dealership...only at Quality 1!
