Below is a video of a 2006 Toyota Highlander Hybrid, that came in witha severe shake at 45+ mph. As you can see the engine moves from left to right even when the wheels are only turning at a few miles per hour. The cause of the shaking is an inner axle CV joint failure. After replacing the axle the Highlander drove perfectly smooth.
