These guys are THE BEST!! From the moment you walk into the office (very clean office) you are greeted in a pleasant manner and offered coffee or water. The first time i EVER took my car here i needed a catalytic converter. I called everywhere including the Toyota dealership. I got the price from the dealership and the part was over $1000 by itself. i talked to Scott and he did not charge a penny more for the part and then i didn't even get charged labor.I walked away knowing that Quality 1 was not out to "make a dollar" and take advantage because i was a girl and had no CLUE what the repair really was. Ever since that experience i have referred anyone in the area with car issues to Quality 1. The guys always go out of there way to make sure my car is as safe as possible and clean :). The warranty on their labor has never been an issue. they have changed my brakes that were under warranty multiple times and never make it seem like i am going crazy when i say i am hearing noises coming from my car. Recently i ran into a curb and did some pretty good damage. They had my car back to me within a WEEK!! I appreciate all your hard work!!

To whom it may concern, Scott at Quality 1 has been caring for my '91 Toyota Previa (328,000 miles), my '97 Previa (92,000 miles), my '85 Honda CRX (353,000 miles) and my '97 Nissan pickup (122,000 miles) since 1999. In probably two dozen visits, there was only one time when he couldn't find and fix an intermittent problem, and he didn't run up a huge bill playing guessing games. I have found his services to be first quality and reasonably priced. I've never known him to try to sell me something I didn't need, or charge me for something he didn't do.
