Quality 1 Auto, Thanks for yesterday's call and concern about the work done; I can assure you I'm a Happy Customer and very much appreciate the quality care which is every bit a part of your trademark. Other items, it takes me a long time to charge up a lot of mileage on my auto generally speaking, but so far since the last repair work. The little driving that I have done has brought to my experience "smoother auto engine" sound, much, much less engine vibration, and really noticeably, I seem to be getting very improved gas mileage -- and I don't thinks I'm dreaming because the math is there to prove it inasmuch as I'm also a stickler for recording the mileage from gallonage that I chalk up. Excellent customer service and was told everything that needed to be done and what it would cost. The car was returned washed which was a very nice touch.

Thank you Scott. I was referred to Quality 1 Auto Service by a family member that has used them in many occasions, after taking my car there for a second opinion, I was happy with the information and diagnostic they gave me on my car. There they gave me my second opinion and because I felt they were honest and sincere I decided to go ahead and have my car repaired through them. They had to do some major work on my Toyota Camry and were able to do everything in just one week. It made me feel like I was the only customer in the shop, I was Impressed. I had some questions since I picked my car up and have received an answer immediately. Again Thank you Scott and you have gain a new customer.
