European Autowerks took great care of us and our vehicle!

I purchased my 2011 Audi A3 TDI three months ago and it was due for an oil change. My Audi is my first highly engineered European car and because of where I live I will put many twisty miles on it. I am determined to keep this car in tip top shape, providing me with excellent drivability, comfort and fuel savings. I'm so happy that I found Scott and his excellent team of trained car mechanics at European Autowerks/Quality 1 Auto Service in Temecula. My car was thoroughly inspected and additional clean fluids were found to be necessary in order to avoid creeping damage to vital parts (transmission, brakes). Pictures were provided that showed diagnostic results, and Scott carefully explained everything to me about the reasons for the additional fluids. We had a great conversation that contrasted his approach to car maintenance vs a dealership's. I can expect a thorough inspection every time I bring in my Audi and a report with pictures that will support any needed maintenance. Because every driver puts demands on their vehicles differently, I really appreciate this approach as notified preventive maintenance. I hope know this will help me to become a better driver. I love my Audi. I'd be very unhappy without it.

Quality Auto has serviced both my C-class & E-class sedans for 8 years now. I have had 4 bad experiences recently with the new Fletcher Jones dealership in Murrieta & I wish I had never given them a try. The whole staff at Quality is friendly, prompt & courteous. Quality came highly recommended to me by a friend who has his MBZ serviced with them & now please consider my recommendation of Quality to you. There are a lot of service shops in Temecula to choose from, even big dealerships, but Quality truly is #1.

Everyone I spoke with from the front desk to the mechanics were amazingly friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely seemed interested in providing excellent service. They did a great job on fixing my car and were honest and fair to deal with.
