Cool staff, honest work and thorough explanations. Took in my 2013 A4 for service and it needed some extra love (i drive a lot). The courtesy shuttle service took me to work and I picked up my car the next day. These guys are legit.

I found these great guys about two years ago after a less than satisfying experience at another shop. Now, I've had my car in several times fixing some expensive problems. These guys always took care of me, either giving me a ride home or to work and even getting me a rental car when they needed to keep my car. That being said, I had my Audi serviced 2-3 weeks ago, just basic stuff. I received a call from them the other day making sure everything was good with my vehicle and if I had any questions. It was that small gesture that really keeps me coming back to Quality 1. Car mechanics are not hard to find, Good people who care are. A big thank you to everyone at Quality1.
